At Western College of Auctioneering, we do not want the cost of tuition to be the main obstacle toward pursuing a career in the auction industry.

If the tuition price is influencing your decision to apply, please download the financial aid application below and email or mail the completed form to info@auctionschools.com or P.O. BOX 121 Belt, MT 59412.

Once your application is reviewed, you will be notified as to the feasibility to accommodate your request. This application is intended for individuals who would otherwise not be able to attend without financial assistance.

Please Note: Financial aid requests are only available for our 85-hour pre-licensing course (Option A) and must be submitted at the same time as the course application.

These recognitions are offered to individuals whose backgrounds demonstrate discipline, responsibility, and leadership aligned with the auction industry.

10% Military Recognition

We honor the men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces and recognize the discipline, accountability, and commitment that service represents.

Eligibility

This recognition is available to:

  • Active-duty military personnel
  • Reserve and National Guard members
  • Veterans of the United States Armed Forces

8% FFA Recognition

We recognize the role the National FFA Organization (Future Farmers of America) plays in developing leaders for agriculture, rural communities, and the auction industry.
FFA students, members, officers, and advisors develop leadership, communication, and responsibility through agricultural education—skills that align directly with the demands of professional auctioneering.

Participation in the National FFA Organization reflects a commitment to leadership development across eight core areas essential to professional success, including: communication, responsibility, teamwork, service, and ethical conduct. Through FFA involvement, members gain experience representing others in public settings, working within structured organizations, and carrying responsibility with professionalism. This recognition acknowledges the foundational role FFA plays in preparing individuals for careers that depend on trust, discipline, and leadership.

Eligibility

This recognition is available to:

  • Current FFA students and members
  • Current FFA officers (chapter, district, or state level)
  • Current FFA advisors and agricultural educators
  • Individuals who have earned an FFA degree within the past four (4) years: Greenhand, Chapter, State, American

How to Claim a Tuition Recognition

Eligible individuals may request a Tuition Recognition during the enrollment process. Documentation or verification may be requested prior to final registration. For questions regarding eligibility or documentation, please contact our office directly.
