Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the course in which you are registered, you may apply your deposit to another WCA Course or receive a refund, less a $50 processing fee, if you notify WCA 15 days prior to the first day of your course. After this time, deposits are nonrefundable. If the course you are attending commences and you are not completely satisfied by 5 p.m. on the first day of class, you may receive a complete refund of tuition. There will be no refunds offered after 5 p.m. on the first day of class.
Class Grading & Attendance
All students are required to be present at all classes and activities unless an excused absence is approved before class. Requests for absence will be considered on an individual basis by WCA staff. Tardiness is considered an absence.
The following grading system will be used:
100% – 70% Pass
69% – 0% Fail
WCA’s intention is to facilitate each student’s understanding and implementation of the information and techniques presented in the course. Personal tutoring is provided, as needed, for students to ensure full comprehension of course content, and the successful completion of both graded assignments and tests.
Student Conduct
Students at WCA are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner in both academic and personal activities.
Cause for Termination
Cheating, destruction of property, excessive use of alcohol, use of illegal drugs, illegal activity of any kind, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with staff or the administration’s warnings and requests will result in termination from the course.
