Course Information

  • This covers cost of tuition, all instructional materials and supplies, a lifetime refresher class, and diploma upon successful completion of course. Completion of this class meets all state specific requirements.
  • Option A plus three additional live auction experiences to be conducted during the 9-day course (10-day course for states requiring a 10-day minimum). Live auction experiences will be instructed by world champion auctioneers and industry leaders and you will be working with other students who have also chosen this option. All auctions are live, public events that will give you irreplaceable experience and practice. Option B is highly recommended for students looking to gain real world selling experience under the guidance of world class auctioneers.
  • Option A and B plus four additional hours of bid calling, business and auction instruction which is conducted in a small group setting to optimize your one-on-one instruction time. Option C will be conducted directly after graduation and you will be working with other students who have also chosen this option. Students who choose Option C will be released at the end of the last day of class. Option C is recommended for students who are looking for the optimum amount of personalized instruction time with world class auctioneers and industry leaders.
  • The refresher course is open to previous WCA students only. No deposit necessary.

A la Carte Information

  • While online-only auctions are covered in your auction school education through WCA, this seminar takes a deeper look at best practices in the online-only auction industry. You will learn how to effectively prepare for, organize, conduct and finalize an online-only auction. This is a hands-on seminar where you will go through the process of conducting an online-only auction, and you will be provided with the tools and knowledge necessary to offer these services to your clients upon graduation. This course is recommended for all students interested in conducting online-only auctions.
  • This package will allow you to leave auction school with the marketing tools you need to promote yourself as a professional auctioneer and/or auction company. You will work one-on-one with our in-house designer to select a logo from our list of twenty-five plus logo templates that best fits your industry and brand. Once selected, your logo will be customized with your very own business name and company colors. You will then work with our team to customize your own business card, letterhead and envelope return design from our template options. This package also includes a professional business headshot photo and graduation photo.


  • Please select your course option from above. Options B and C include option A but have additional educational opportunities attached. A minimum deposit of $520 USD is required to reserve a seat in the above course. The remaining balance will be due on the first day of class. I understand that, if I am unable to attend the above class, I may receive a complete refund, minus a $250 processing fee, from Western College of Auctioneering (WCA) if I notify WCA prior to 60 days before the first day of class. After this time, my refund is nonrefundable. If I am not completely satisfied with the course I am attending by 5 p.m. of the first day of class, I may receive a complete refund of tuition. There will be no refunds after that time.
