Western College of Auctioneering was founded in the summer of 1948 with
classes held each year since its inception. A large share of students choose our college
because they have been advised to attend by former graduates. We are proud of our
long-standing reputation and that we have graduates selling in nearly every state of the
U.S.A. and each province in Canada.
Approved school
Western College of Auctioneering is enthusiastically endorsed by its graduates, and this
is most important to us. We are also approved by the State of Montana Department of
Commerce and the Department of Rehabilitation of the United States and Canada.
Location of classes
W.C.A. training sessions are conducted at the War Bonnet Inn, Billings, Montana. This
location provides easy access to all parts of Billings. Our college has two large
classrooms, office, and hotel accommodations to contribute toward the best learning
atmosphere. Students receive all the privileges of regular hotel guests
including a shuttle to and from the airport.
Billings is the center of a recreational
paradise. You will find the rugged beauty and friendly hospitality of the West
in Montana’s largest city. Logan International Airport is served by several major airlines;
Horizon Air, Continental,
Northwest, Delta, and United. Billings is linked to the bus transportation system and is a
major junction for the Interstate systems. These options allow you a choice on the method
used to join us at Western.
